i am an indian studying medicine MBBS in china i want to do my internship in

australia,newzeland,uk. thanks .? in brief m from india studying medicine(mbbs) in china and m i the last year .it is difficult to do internship in china bcos chinese language is really tough to master.(1)so i want to do my internship in australia or newzeland ,uk,canada.after the internship i want to do my pg and work in any of these counteries .(2)do i have to write any exam for internship in australia(3)if i do internship is it possible to get a job in australia.(4)please tell me any possible way for this .thanks in advance.
