Is it okay to take both of these medicines?....?

Hi .. I have an ear infection which I believe stemmed from a cold/virus in my sinuses and throat. I'm about to take two extra strength tylenol for my ear , but that won't help with my sinuses, it never does. So is it okay to take a dose of Nyquil before bedtime as well, to get rid of the other symptoms?

I won't overdose right? Might be a stupid question, but thanks in advance for your answers.
