how can i start a law suit aginst a medicine (chantix) if it isnt on recall yet?

chantix is becoming suprisingly quick on suicidal attempts and successes. i almost succeeded im going to sew them because there was no need to lose my son when i was trying to quit smoking for him. i ended up losing him and almost my life and all was well until i started the med. i was to sew for lack of warnning and emotional distress and anything eles i can. but it isnt prominent yet in lawsuit so how do i get a lawer no to turn down thousands of dollars? i have plenty printed info on its problem.

It's "sue", not "sew". Sewing is what you do with a needle and thread.
