What is the reaction of Triglycerides? How to reduce this with food and normal...

...medicine...! Pls advise.? I am living with diabetics for the last ten years. Few years’ back the doctor found Triglycerides after the test when I met him with dizziness. The same feeling I have now and I would like to know if there is any food that helps to reduce this? If yes, kindly list me the names. Or Is there any good medicine that helps without severe side effect. Thanks.
