can u get into medicine wiv not very gd GCSE grdes and As subjects of biology,...

...maths, psychology & business? I got for my GCSE 2A, 4B, 8C's and currently doing As level subjects consisting of Biology, maths, psychology and business would i have to do a 6 year course for medicine with a foundation year or a 5 year course. PLEASE COULD YOU HELP???
