| the doctor gave me medicine to put on my face and it lighten it but left me with...
...dark eye rings what can i do the medicine was for an allergic reaction that i had to lip gloss. the doctor gave me this petroleum based cream to put on my face and he told me to apply it lightly because it can lighten the skin. i applied it lightly but it still lighten the skin on my face except around my eyes. what should or could i do to get rid of it
