i have terrable flem becouse im sick with the flue and the more mucus i have the more direa i have wich iv always noticed bcouse the bacteria im takeing antibiotics to clea the broncidi but what will help with flem in the meen time also if you could say something like your other qwestion i think w/e it be great becouse two days before i was sick i couldent eat without feeling like vomiting is this what useually happens?

Have you tried Mucinex? or Tamiflu? Or a Dr. even? You always need to rest and drink plenty of fluids like water & juice ... not alcohol or coffee... If you are that sick, call your Dr. back...

i'm not a dr. but i'm more then happy to help you out. someone here said the same thing about her 6 year old daughter. Well, if you have the flu what you can do is use the humidifier with a little bit of vicks it helps to open up the lungs and to breath better and drink lots of orange juice. The medicine you should take is tylenol and kind of switch it with motrin and make sure to take it every 6 hours. just remember drink lots of orange juice switch tylen and motrin every 6 hours and make sure to drink use your humidifier with vick during the day and night and make sure you change the water and put knew water and vicks and to eat you need chicken noodle soup. You know people dont usually eat when there sick but the best thing to eat is chicken noodle soup. I hope you feel better soon cause i know how it feels to get sick it sucks.

I suggest you to use an ointment/cream named "okamycin."
you can easily get it in any medical store or pharmacy store near you.Do not squeeze or pick at acne.
this ointment really helps you to get rid of pimples.
first wash your face with cold water and then just read the instructions on the tube and use it.
it will remove all the pimples from the face through killing the bacteria.if u use it regularly,pimples wont return.
as soon as u get sweat,wash your face.
but it wont remove the black spots/marks from the face.
for them u have to use some other cream.
believe me "okamycin" really works and i have witnessed it myself too.
