morning sickness medicine?

what is the name of the medicine a doctor would prescribe for morning sickness? Is it more effective than gravol?

I've heard that ginger root does work but there is also Preggi pops there just like suckers and there supposed to help I know you can buy them on-line I don't know what store you can buy them at but you can call around. If it's to bad them go to your docter and he might be able to give you somthing. Good Luck

I was put on Diclectin (sp?)
That didn't work so they doubled the dose...and that still didn't work until I hit my 8th month and it just went away!

this last time around I didn't want to do drugs so I tried every other thing out there...I actually found the motion sickness wristbands to work a bit (the ones with a "botton" that pushes into your wrist on a reflexology nerve or something)
