Neighbor calling house late and threw medicine on my dog, are these reasons to...

...involve the law? Neighbor claims my dog keeps giving her two dogs fleas, when my dog doesn't have any fleas. We've checked it and has not scratched once. The yards are divided by a wooden fence with no holes or spaces for the dogs to interact. She has called my house late at night complaining that she can't keep paying for medicine for her dogs. She even threw some of that medicine on my dog on the same believe that my dog has fleas. My backyard has no grass and very few plants. Her backyard is all grass and has plants all over. Wondering if any part of this is worth calling the police for and what action I should take. Thanks!
