| UK: Free generic medicines for children? My friend who is a practice nurse told me that if you need an off the shelf, generic medicine such as paracetamol or hay fever medicine for a child (who doesn't pay for prescritions) you can get it free without a prescrition. She says Boots had a big sign up announcing this once. Does anyone know anything about this? Or where I can read about this, so I am properly informed before I go and ask for free paracetamol and make a fool of myself please? |
