I need some help with Head ache medicine. I dont want to take to many.?

I took one Ibuprofen yesterday in the afternoon, because I had a head ache.

I was wondering if it was okay to take another for a head ache I have right now. Should I take one or two?

Is there any other method I could get rid of a mirgrane?

If you have a migraine take 2 ibuprofen, no more than that. My friend takes 2 Excedrin for migraines & I have myself have to take prescription. Hope you feel better, those migranes can be a B......! Take Care!!

Since U don't normally take medicine...just stick to 1. If U continue to have headaches...Try that 1 ...I can see that commercial...AHHHH!!! where people swear up & down , they hate the commercial...but it works wonders...U just rub it on U're forehead...I can't remember it to save my sole...but it is a thought,,,If someone can just remember the name of the medicine...or the commercial...Good Luck!!!
