I'm sixteen years old and every night i take cold medicine to make me sleep?

I switch on and off
M: Benedryl - 3 tabs
T: Advil-2 tablets
W: Benedryl
T: Advil

Do I have an addiction if I can't fall asleep without them, and if I do try and sleep, I get really figity?
