how come the medicine makes my cat's ring worm condition worse?

i asked u b4 about ringworms and u said goto the vet...I did
and he prescribed a boric soap and fungus cream but my cat's condition is gettin worse

I red on line that i have to isolate him in a clean environment and give him a bath day after day..I did that

but i found that he's losing more hair..I have been doin that for 7 days now.and no progress

I am goin out of my mind
