could medicine be this bad?

ok so there is a lot of people at my school with ADD but my friend got it too and now she acts like she is on horrible meds. she cries over wired things like she will come up to me are you getting a ride home and if i say I'm walking she will cry cuz she has to walk then. she picks at her skin so do i but when she bleeds from it she cries shows every one and go to the nurse. she also says that her meds don't make her hungry so she gives us this dull look and doesn't eat lunch and the complains about being hungry later. I'm not hungry for break fast or lunch i just have a big dinner. i don't know if she just wants attention because she will walk on the oppisit side of the street to. it seems like her to try to get attention she told some people about me seeing things that arn't there so she could have more friends. i might have a some mental illness too about the seeing things that arn't there i want everyone to go away too but i never complane. could meds be this bad?
