What is the best cough medicine you got to stop a dry cough. no it's not a fever and im not really sick . it just that i have this cough, i can't stop coughing i want this to

i was coughing all last night, i can't
stop coughing. and i need sleep
i hate this i hate coughing, i want this
to go away i have to work. help
