I take 75 mg of Zoloft and want to wean myself off of it. I am on several...

...other medicines too.? Please only answer if you have experience with psychiatric drugs. I want to know how I should do it. I would like to do it cold turkey, but know that is probably a bad idea.

I stopped all the drugs i was taken just like that and I am just fine. I was taken Zoloft at first than effexor also, Trazodone.I know this probably wasn't the correct way to go about it. I looked it up and it said this . Also, said to let the doc know.
reducing the dosage of Zoloft by 25mg every 2 weeks.Do this until your dosage is 25mg per day, then reduce it to 12.5 mg every 2 weeks until you are no longer taking it.
