does anyone have any suggestions on a really good medicine for runny/stuffy nose?

i use dayquil and it really doesn't do anything for me and i would just really love it if i could breathe through my nose again! thanks.

Mucus generating foods such as dairy products and red meat can be replaced with soy milk and white meat.

Taking 6 high strength odourless 3,000 mg garlic oil capsules (Herron) every day helps as well.

Apple cider vinegar every day helps a bit as well.

I have noticed that when I use an over the counter medicine for stuffy nose it relieves me at the moment but I keep fighting the symptoms much longer then if I just tough it out. Nose drops with A mixture of water with salt will do the trick. Give it a try.
