WTF how did you plea guilty to unlawful purchase of a nasal decongestant? Pollen is everywhere, friends, and allergy season is upon us. Even if you weren't buying the decongestant for your sniffles, you couldn't talk your way out of that one?

Lüser with a capital "L"!

Gee whiz, kids, if you're going to do something stupid, at least think it through.

Does this incident involve the purchase of Sudafed? and if so, you are just lucky to get caught with the Sudafed and not the product that is made with it?
and what state are you referring to?

The DA can charge you with anything they want to as long as you and you attorney agree. I know it sounds like a joke, but I had a friend that was busted for reckless driving, and driving on a revoked license, plead guilty to "no valid license on driver" (basically saying oops I left my Drivers License on the dresser at home) and a $50 Fine. I have been in the car with this guy and understand why he had a revoked license and it made me mad he got off that lightly. (this is in WA State)

So depending on the DA you could get Jay Walking (I know it is stupid, but hey this is the American Justice System)
