Should I take antidiarrhea medicine? I've heard that some Dr's think you should let your body purge the bug, but this doesn't seem like a serious bug (like e coli). What are the different schools of thought?

I wouldn't if I didn't have to. You would do better to eat yogurt, the live culture in yogurt will firm things up again for you and do it naturally.

Yeah, good advice, drink plenty of water & let your body flush it out & don't worry. You could take something like Imodium if the shits continue but only as a last resort.

It would depend how severe your diarrhea is. If it is really severe I would take one. If it isn't that bad I would just let your body flush it out. In the meantime make sure you are drinking water to stay hydrated.
