symptoms from consumption of expired medicine?

yesterday i consumed 5 tablets of Metrogyl 400 in the morning.
they all were expired in April 2006. till now there hasnt been extreme symptons. but i dont feel like eating anything. there is a bitter taste in everything i eat. also i have been feeling weak since yesterday. what more should i expect from the overdose of this medicine?
