I keep getting sick and the o.t.c. medicine isn't working... suggestions?

I keep getting sick and the o.t.c. medicine isn't working... suggestions?

I have a very low immune system so I am constantly sick. I don't have a bacterial infection so I don't need to go the dr. My head and nose are so stuffy and I feel so crappy. I've tried e verything from Dayquil to Tyneol o.t.c. medicince and it just doesn't work. Any suggestions out there of what can get this to go away!
