| sleeping medicine ?!? when i was younger i was homeschooled and i use to stay up all night.and then when i started school it was really hard for me to sleep and so i told my mom that having a bed time was really hard for me because i would sit there looking up at the ceiling ALL night until like 2 in the morning.now, i'm fourteen, and need to wake up at around 5 in the morning, and falling asleep at 1-2 doesn't cut it for me.i love to sleep but i just can't! since i started a new school i started taking simply sleep. o-t-c sleeping medicine but it seems that if i take it at like 9 it makes me sleep until like 9:30 and them i'm completely awake, like i've had ten hours of sleep! i asked my mom if we could go to the doctors and see about reliable sleeping medication and she said they wouldn't prescribe it to me since i am so young. but it's really unbearable.i just want to go to sleep and not feel so tired at school. like sometimes i fall asleep during class and thats unacceptable. what are some suggestions?      |
