I use Budesonide nose spray and Loratadine (pills). Good luck, I hope your allergies won't get worse.

Oxy Cotton seems to be popular now days.
Also, cocaine may keep your allergies at bay.

But seriously, Claritin.

My partner suffered with allergies throughout the entire year until she went to specialist for allergies and he prescribed her Nasonex. Since then, she only sneezes or has watery itchy eyes when she has a cold- which is rare because the Nasonex controls bacteria from accumulating in the nasal cavity. She loves it.

Just remember Zyrtec can make some people drowsy. My husband uses it and it did a little at first but not now. He likes Alavert and Zyrtec. Both are good for indoor and outdoor allergies.
