Better to go for bypass surgery and take necessary medicines as advised by your specialist.

I don't think so. the blockage will never decrease in size without surgery or a bypass. If it ruptures and leads to a complete blockage, you have a MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION (heart attack). Depending on what coronary artery is block, this can be deadly. My advice is to do the surgery!!!!
