what is the best natural medicine for extremely bad menstrual cramps and

heavy bleeding? i have already tried cramp bark, don quai, sabina , etc and nothing.
i have endometriosis and i cannot miss work but sometimes the pain is so bad i cannot get up. I also need the best over the counter medicine for pain. I heard Pamprin is good but it made me sleepy, please help!
