Can sleeping medicine cuase depression?

I have been taking 1 tablespoon of night time Cold/flue reliever. Today i felt like everyone was staring at me and i felt alone and all i wanted to do was get home.

People asked me what was wrong and i just said nothing.

If you are sick, than this type of behavior is normal. That's why it is recommended you stay home and relax. If you are an introvert, than being around others is draining your energy. Stay home, relax, and socialize when you feel better.

yes it can. Start praying and asking God to help you sleep. Those pills will also make you gain weight. Say the Lords prayer and the 23 Psalms and you will rest like a baby

Sleeping medicine can definitely cause depression. Many common cold relievers have depressant, which leads to depression. NyQuil has been tied to depression in the past.
