Is is bad that I have to take anxiety medicine to deal with my kids????

My doctor just placed me on anxiety medicine after me battling to deal with it on my own for a year now. I feel horrible saying it but a large root of my anxiety is my children. One is 2 yrs old and well he's a little monster like every 2 yr old my other is a 5 yr who is SEVERLY ADHD and has other behavior problems. I was fine when my son was a baby and only had one difficult child, but since he's hit the terrible 2's The constant yelling screaming, fighting, trying to hurt each other (one's special needs let me remind you) plus my husband works 24/7. I was finally at the point my heart would start racing and I would be in panic mode once I heard them wake up because I knew what the day with them would entail. I love my kids dearly. Am I a horrible mom for need anxiety medicine to deal with life in my house right now????
Ronyea My 5 yr old is adhd and high functioning autism. I'd love to see you come in and implement discipline with a child like that. Oh and we do discipline her we just cant in the same way as a normal child.
The doctor has me on them only for 5 days straight after that its only ocasionally as needed (30 pills with no refill so when they are gone they are gone) basically just to get me back in the rythme of things.
