Children die/ parents choose prayer over medicine?

Aren't these the same people who are screaming bloody murder about PRO LIFE and then let their child die from an easy to treat disease because they'd rather pray than get the medicine? IS THIS INSANE!??!?
V-V~ I wasn't referring to ANY specific case. I know this has happened in the past with families of Pentecostal families in Oklahoma where I used to live. DHS had to step in for some of that.

Yes, this is insane. Unfortunately people like that exist still.
They are brain-washed fanatics, who lost their mind long time ago and have their brains in the part of the body on which they seat. And when one tries to use one's brains when one is sitting on them - watch out - all squashed result comes out. So, children don't get a chance to live their lives.

Christian Scientists do this. One of my recent ancestors died at age 10 when her mother had to be hospitalised. She was left in the "care" of her Christian Scientist aunt, got a tooth abscess which was left untreated and turned septic.

I don't know what you're talking about. I've seen faith healing work on multiple occasions, infact I've had it work on me. I may not have been a medically diagnosed miracle, but I do personally know people that are.

Still, you can't neglect the fact that God provides answers in the natural as well as the super natural. In other words, you wouldn't drive your jeep down the side of the mountain without breaks and pray that God save you and then blame his when he doesn't. If you have a cut, put a band-aid on it.

I dunno what to tell you man. Faith healing is real and it does work, but you always have those people that can't see the forest through the trees.

My advice to you: don't think about it. Your brain may literally explode from all the ignorance. And then humanity would lose a rare example of a person with common sense.
