This is about medicine and going somewhere far by yourself?

This Question just came out of no were, but just think that if someone has medicine that they have to take everyday. So what if they ran to like New York and they had to get it themselves when they ran out. Would they have to pay to get it every time. Oh and also they have a disability. So what would happen .
