Can i wear aloe Vera over my acne medicine i wear at night called "Atralin...

...tretinoin 0.05%"? I am just wondering because I heard that Aloe Vera is really good for acne and helping with redness acne brings. But at night i have to wear tretinoin and I was wondering if I can wear aloe vera over tretinoin while i sleep.
