Does he have a mental health, compulsive issue?

The guy Im with at the moment has a plucking thing. He likes to have his facial hair plucked/tweezed. He gets a small lamp just about every night and puts it right by his face or my face and wants me to pluck his facial hair Mostly his Beard and under his chin. Then he is obsessed with finding hair on me to pluck. WTF? Have you ever herd of this? Please be serious I know you guys want to beat this up by being funny or rude but please be serious.

Its not about being neat because if I dont pluck it then he does and and he picks and picks and picks it is very strange. He will leave scars and scabs on himself from plucking continuously. Its not because he wants to be neat. . .I dont think.
Its almost like a compulsive behaior type thing
