Age of mythology cannot reach one of the files. What to do?

I tried to install the game (Gold edition), and on th 65th percent of installetion I see the message:

"age of mythology setup encountered a disk error while writing to the file

c:\program files\Microsoft games\age of mytholgy\textures\textures2.bar.

Make sure that your hard disk is not full and the file is not in use."

I checked the file, and everything seems o be OK. I Have installed th egame before, and it worked perfectly.

What do I do?
