Age of Mythology on Vista?

I bought my Age of Mythology a while back when I still had Windows XP on my laptop... which broke. I've recently been given a new laptop and it had Vista already installed on it. I can't get my Age of Mythology to even open up the .exe file to set it up. computer is picking the CD up and can identify what it is. But how can I get it to install on my 'puta?
