OK You can it them in the chest with a wooden stake or if you want to be nice and not really kill them you could drain there power by sticking a light in there face or eating garlic just so he or she can't make you a living dead person.

a stake in the heart, followed by decapitation, sunlight, and fire would kill them,in old vampire movies, clear running water from a stream would hold them at bay, also garlic, holey water, and crosses help keep them away but do not kill them. silver bullets are for werewolves.

Stake through the heart and decapitationIt says this about Dracula...which helps killing him during his weakest moment.Dracula's powers are not unlimited, however. He is much less powerful in daylight, though the sun is not fatal to him, as in later adaptations. He is repulsed by garlic, crucifixes and Host, and he can only cross running water at low or high tide. He is also unable to enter a place unless invited to do so; once invited, however, he can approach and leave the premises at will.STAKE people...not steak
