Age Of Mythology(AOM) Multiplayer Rating Problem?

Omg, i never seem to be gaining or lowering rating i always stay at 1600....whats wrong? Until i found out every time I win and fight it says uploading score.... then it says " Error uploading stats. Could not send the game log to the stats server ".... is this the problem? Also it says i have 0 wins and 0 losses..... Please someone tell me whats wrong?
