In Christian mythology, does god say "choose me without any evidence or be

tortured forever"? and do so among so many other competing religions who all claim they know/have the truth.
I'm sorry, but that is one of the sicker notions in all religion.

Christian - Professing belief in Jesus as Christ or following the religion based on the life and teachings of Jesus.

Mythology - A body or collection of myths belonging to a people and addressing their origin, history, deities, ancestors, and heroes.
