Do all religions become mythologies in time?

Just think of the Greek or Egyptian Gods, barely anyone believes in them and people would never convert to their Gods. Is Christianity, Islam, Judaism etc. All going to become a mythology in....... ohhhh let's say 5,000 years?

They either become historic mythologies or they just go into the history books as a bad idea that's been left behind...

Yes... Time heals all wounds of the religiously confused mind (unless it dies first).

I think that you have it backwards. Over time I think that myths become Religions.
