NAVY contract question?

Ok so i'm taking my ASVAB in 2 weeks and my recruiter told me that if i want i can sign there..now he's assuring me a bunch of stuff..like college that i'll be able to study full time while being enlisted full time(dnt know how) and full tuition pay, MGI bill..housing outside base..bonuses and a bunch of other stuff...now i've been told that if i get everything on contract it's guaranteed...is it true...i know that i can't screw up if it is true..but i also was very clear with him if i dnt see all of that in my contract i wouldn't sign is it true i have to sign more than one contract and if i do are they obligued to have the same promises in both??? and something else can my mom be with me when i read the contract?my recruiter says that he'll be with me when i read it in case they need to add and explain me anything he's really nice and he has told me all the way that there's no compromise if i dnt sign...he does sound sincere...and btw i think i enter E3 cuz i have 3 years of college
