Jeremy W has a spectacular aura about
Pulled over on a Navy base by an NCIS agent (retired military) in his

personal vehicle. Is that right? He had a single flashing blue light in his windshield and claimed I was doing 60 in a 45. I was going 50 and my radar detector was quiet. Fact is, we started at a red light side by side, as I accelerated faster than he did, I reached 50 and cruised. HE prolly went 60 to catch up, but what are my rights in this incident? He's not law enforcement or in a marked cruiser. I handled everything fine and even thanked him for his notification, but I just want to know- can a retired servicemember (-all due respect, but = civilian) who investigates crime pull someone over or can it be construed as a harrassment issue or something?
