Admin Separation from Navy Process???

I am getting discharged from the Navy (my first command-Japan) due to medical reasons (heart). I have been waiting to leave Japan now for about one month. I was wondering if anyone, preferably a reliable source, knows about the process and how much longer it will take for me to get back home? I also know that I have to do outprocessing in San Diego...So how long will it take until I get to San Diego, then how long will I be in San Diego for??
