Do modern naval ships and submarines still have a 'ramming speed'? When was the last

time a ship got rammed?
Bf2- I guessed as much regarding submarines, but just thought I'd check! Perhaps they could ram another submarine, but then I suppose two subs would never get remotely close enough for that to happen!
