I completely agree with "The Dragon". Jaguars are killers by nature and are very powerful. They are shorter than other big cats but very stocky. Humans are not meant to fight with such animals.

if the navy seal had the combat skills and quick reflexes like steven segal, then probably could win, but the jaguar's teeth has the advantage here.
