Will a Master of Arms job in the Navy be a good start to an FBI career?

if you want to be an FBI agent, you need a 4 year degree, then a 3 year law degree usually...and you need to pass tests on varieties of subjects...these subjects are usually learned through extensive reading and interests in subjects outside sports and music...the armed forces is not the best place to start....the FBI generally is not impressed by marine corps or army experience...they have different styles of training, and their firearm training is completely different...leadership abilities and appearance count for a lot...no trick haircuts, no tattoos...family background is important, as is eloquence...in short, the crude loud boisterous behavior that serves you on a navy ship does not work in the FBI...its a different ballgame

Master at Arms doesn't have anything to do with real law enforcement. The FBI requires a 4 year college degree, usually in law or accounting.

Military experience in any capacity is a plus. A college degree is required for FBI agents.

wtf how does MA have NOTHING to do w/ real law enforcement? and most agencies like that cia fbi have ppl who had clearance jobs(spec ops, intelligence etc)....if u wanna be an MA to gain knowledge/ exp in law enforcement and use the military to pay for school that would be ur best bet in my opinion
