Why has my Navy Boyfriend changed?

when I met my boyfriend 3 years ago he was so lovely, he said i was beautiful every hour of the day, he said nice things about my figure and he'd watch me when i wasn't watchin (i could see form the corner of my eye). he'd flirt with me and constantly follow me about like a lost puppy. He always wanted sex too.Now he's been in the navy with a really important role for 2 years, i get one text when i wake up and we speak before bed. we see each other when he can get weekends off whihc i understand. he's busy.But he doesn't talk about our future any more, he never goes out of his way to cuddle or kiss me, he watches the TV when i undress, he never laughs around me or looks proud of me like before. He's much more interested in the way he is looking. I'm really feelin ugly because of it, I have no one to tell me I'm beautiful any more and it hurts. He does tell me he loves me but only at end of phone call, never spontaniously. How can i change this? is it my falt?

He's Mentally, Moved on......IT DOES HAPPEN....A WHOLE New & Interesting Life has opened before him...(I'm speaking from Personal experience of my OWN)Sometimes it EVEN happens in Marriages!There is an "OLD" saying, I'm not sure EXCATLY HOW it goes but, here is a try at it, "When I was a Child I spoke as a child and Played with Childlike things. Now I am a Man, I speak as a Man and I've put those 'childlike' things (away) to Rest".....No, it's NOT your Fault....I hope I'm wrong.....but, I've seen it happen way too OFTEN!You say, "He's much more interested in the way he is looking". Maybe 'other' changes are Occuring, also!Stay Strong!
