what types of questions do they ask in an interview?

im being inteviewed for a position (unknown) at Old Navy and was wondering what questions they might ask? i know it takes the fun out of the interview but I've never been to one so can yall please help a'lil. thank you

Why should we hire you?What kind of skills do you have?What activities are/have you been involved in?What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Are you a team player?Do you require a lot of direction or are you an independent worker?Tell about an experience you've had with giving good customer service.If you had a difficult customer, how would you deal with him/her?What are your goals for the future?Why do you want to work for Old Navy?If you had finished all your assigned work for the day and had nothing to do, what would you do?Think of questions about situations that may happen at work and then think of good answers for the questions. The answers people give to standard questions are almost the same and irrelevant, most of the time. But what employers look for when interviewing is a trait, or traits that betray your real personality. For example the way you speak, not what you say. The way you look into their eyes, the clothes you're wearing.So prepare all your answers to all questions and try to be yourself, so that no question will put you in a embarrassing position. Remember, being honest is the best thing you can do for yourself.
