Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!i got an re4 dishcarge from the navy. My recruiters wont help me is there anyway to fight it?

I got dishcarged from the navy, for some dumb stupidity on my part. I ohnestly regret the choice i made when i went to tranq and spoke to a counsler. I wana go back so bad. The reason i went to the counselour was because i became really ill with brohncitus, and the doctors at tranq kept and ship sick call kept giving me a cold pack, which wasnt helping. I felt as if i was gonna die in there, and i guess i felt it was neccessary to do what i had to do to get out. So i lied to the counselour saying i had depresssion anxiet and i abused cannabis and alchohal. i really fucked up. can anyone help me? pls im begging u!

you have to speak to a more superior office and explain everything to him/her just as you have just done. If that does not work you can write to the president (seriously). He has the right and the power to appeal such decisions and he has done so in the past on numerous occasions. Good Luck.

Normally like anything in life when something is issued against a person their is normally a procedure to request a review of the decesion. That might be your next move. You probably need to call the Navy Base you were stationed on and ask to talk to one of the military lawyer to see if you can ask for something to be overturned by review by a higher authority.I hope things work out for you.

Well i kinda know what u feel like, not to that extent but pretty close. What i think you should do is first, acknowledge your mistake and own up to it. You took a shortcut and that's ok but it's not always the bes answer to problems, in you case you've been discharged. Since you want to go back I think you should go back to meet the officials privately and explain to them the problem. Apologize sincerely and make them want to take you back in by sayiong things: I'll fight at any cost; I won't make that kind of mistake again; I've realized my mistake and I'm asking for you forgiveness; If it doesn't work then I suggest you try and find another passion in your life and pursue it. Look deep down inside and think of all the things you love and find out something else to do. But always remember that shorrtcuts in life usually are never the answer. You sound smart so I think you'll make the right choice that fits you. Hope it helps!
