| I need to loose 60 lbs to be able to enlist with the Navy.? I am a thirty year old female that at one time weighed 310. It has been my dream to enlist, and serve our country through the US Navy! The only problem is, is that I am too heavy weight wise to meet requirements. I have been working on loosing weight for two years now, and have gotten this far; however, have since hit a wall and have been unable to loose anymore weight. I jog 4 miles every evening, and limit my calorie intake to 1000. I would like any tips, suggestions, pointers that would help me shed the rest of the weight, and get myself in peak physical condition. I would appreciate any work out routines you could send my way because I tend to get stuck in a rut when in comes to exercising. Thanks to everyone, in advance, for their insight in helping me get into the Navy! |
