| My husband is in the military and his son who is 12 wants to live with us. What are the laws concerning this?
My stepson really wants to live with us. We are not sure how to go about this. We feel he would have a better life here. His mother lives in IL and we are in VA. He has been having major problems living with her. We just want whats best for him. After years of problems he has been having with her, we would feel better if he was with us. How do we go about this? What are the laws on this? Can we even do this with my husband being in the military? Thanks!      |
