If processed out of the NAVY for medical reasons, can you get back in???

Made it through MEPS, was sent to bootcamp, and was there through the medical process. I was processed out due to Restless Leg Syndrome. I tried to fight it but was shot down. Was told I could try to go back in after 6 months passed. REALLY want to be in the NAVY. I got through MEPS with them knowing about the restless legs, don't know how it got me processed out once I got there....is there anything I can do to get back in, and Stay?
