How do you go about acquiring a Waiver for corrected vision to Enter the...

...Navy? above 20/200? How do you get a waiver for the Navy if you know you need corrective vision? I ask because I am training for SEALs, almost there and need to know if I can improve my chances by getting my vision corrected prior to enlistment. I have degrees and some nice quals, so I will go to OCS first, but I want to know if I am wasting my time and should look into other branches where I will see the most action, with the best training. My vision currently is 20/220 but is correctable to 20/20 as my consult told me. Anyone who is enlisted or has done what I want to do please give me some insight. Greatly Appreciated.

Here's the corrected vision standards for enlistment:
20/20 in the better eye, 20/400 in the other.
20/30 in the better eye, 20/100 in the other.
20/40 in the better eye, 20/70 in the other.
In addition your refractive index cannot exceed plus or minus eight diopters of refractive error. This last one is waiverable.
The first source below is the medical standard.
SEAL assignment permits corrected vision to 20/25 in both eyes to qualify. The second source below is for that medical standard.
Based on what you have written your corrected vision will meet the qualifications for both enlistment and Navy Special Operations.
